Freshly roasted but more importantly newly harvested… Green Nature Coffee reflects the real concept of fresh coffee. With the lack of intermediaries and long storage periods, it has merged into the array of farm to table products. It collects the experience and history of a family devoted to decades to coffee production from seed to cup. In order to fulfill the expectations of the most demanding consumer, they have combined traditional ways and contemporary trends in terms of tastes for coffee, by deciding to search for micro-lots of single-origin specialty coffee with unique profiles throughout Colombian geography. This practice completely changes the concept of really fresh coffee and also contributes to the household economy of the Farmers who are struggling to get a better cup, while demonstrating care and protection for the environment, thereby supporting sustainable agriculture.
